I kind of owe you an apology.
You see, I’ve been so busy with my various projects that I have completely neglected the blog fan base… at least those who follow directly from the site. But the truth is I’ve been very involved and engaged with people around Zimbabwe at their farms. But if you follow me on twitter and Facebook you know I haven’t disappeared though I haven’t updated you on new investment opportunities in Zimbabwe for 2016. I’m sorry I haven’t kept you up to date on all the fresh content:
How to start a quail farming business
How to make money with pecan nuts
How blogs make money
Piggery farming in Zimbabwe and many more
…but before I start posting new business opportunities, I would like to get you ready for 2016 success and I found no other better way than the book Iam reading again for the third time; Making Success Deliberate: How to Develop and Sustain a Personal Effectiveness & Leadership Excellence Brand (Five Star Wisdom Series Book 1) by Archibald Marwizi.
If you are required to read one book this year, then this should be it. The book starts by explaining the fundamentals of being successful which every person needs to know. These include how to define, attract, and sustain success. What follows then shows this is not a motivational book but rather a manual one can refer to every day. This is not a book you can lend someone. Before I start each day I have made it a habit to open page 27 of the book and answer the following questions:
What do I imagine myself doing today?
Which thing do I enjoy doing and I seem to do them effortlessly?
What kind of problems do I enjoy solving?
…and the list goes on. Answering these questions always helps me focus my energy to the thinks that matter and to the things that draw out the best in me. Archie then talks about an area most people struggle with and most books have never been able to solve. How to do a personal SWOT and Gap analysis? He highlights that ‘To know a species, you must know its fears and to know yourself you must know your fears’ He then knits this together with the title of the book Making Success Deliberate.
Warning: This is the kind of book you can’t share with your spouse. Make sure you buy a copy for them as you would want to reference it every time. I recommend that you read it once or twice as a novel then reference to it every day depending on what you need.
